 The total coordination includes:

  • Budget distribution with several alternatives (2 or 3) with suppliers so you can choose whatever fits your needs.
  • Analysis, choice and negotiation of suppliers.
  • Study of suppliers contracts.
  • Meeting with suppliers to create a decoration with customer expectations demands.
  • Advice on the design of the decoration as fashion trends.
  • Advice on the protocol traditions of the ceremony and reception.
  • Follow up of all services contracted by the customer for the ceremony and confirmation of these a week before the activity.
  • Creating a sketch and program booklet (time schedule)
  • Confirmation of missing guests one week before the wedding.
  • Wedding rehearsal with bridal couple and the entourage.
  •    Supervision of venue.
  • Assembly of favors, table numbers, seating cards.
  • Greeting and accomodation of guests for the ceremony and reception.
  • Coordination for the processional order at the ceremony.
  • Presence of two coordinators to complete the activity.
  • Delivery of the final payment to suppliers involved in the wedding day, withh evidence of payment.
  • Basquet utility first aids for the ladies restroom.
